Steps
- Cook the turkey meat in a skillet over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Transfer the cooked turkey to a mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly.
- Add the breadcrumbs, chopped cranberries, and herbs to the turkey, then mix until combined.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and shape into golf ball-sized balls.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the balls on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
