- Pat the chicken dry and rub with salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, cook minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add cranberries, orange juice, zest, and sweetener. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add broth and cover. Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes over low heat.
