Preparation Steps
- In a large jar or carafe, pour in the dry red wine, followed by a splash of bourbon and chilled apple cider. Add thinly sliced apples and oranges, cinnamon sticks, and fresh ginger. Stir gently to blend all flavors.
 - Cover the jar or carafe and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
 - When ready to enjoy, remove from the refrigerator. For a chilled serving, fill a glass with ice and pour the sangria over it.
 - For a warm serving, pour the sangria into a large saucepan over low heat, gently warming for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - Serve immediately in glasses, garnished with fresh rosemary or mint.
