Preparation

  4. Evenly scatter the chopped bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, and chopped spinach or kale over the marinara sauce.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the vegetables.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
