  • 1 tsp Sugar Brown sugar or honey can substitute.
  • Salt and Pepper Adjust to your liking.
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped Parsley can be used as an alternative.

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion for 5 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
  2. Add sliced red bell pepper into the pot, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and fish broth, stirring gently. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the white fish to the pot and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro. Serve hot with lime wedges.
