  8. Form tablespoon-sized balls from the chilled dough and roll each in cinnamon sugar.
  9. Place the coated cookie balls on the lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and tops are slightly cracked.
  11. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
