Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheese Sun-dried Tomatoes
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Gather your ingredients and baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and sharp cheddar. Blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, fresh basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  4. Drizzle in the olive oil and mix until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a medium oven-safe baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
