Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika until fully coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  5. After 25 minutes, stir the potatoes, add the sliced smoked sausage, and return to the oven for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and bake for an extra 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.
