- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet set over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season the meat with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 2-3 more minutes, then stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Unroll each biscuit on a lightly floured surface and roll to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges of each biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the garlic buttered tops.
- Bake the bombs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
