  • 1 pound Ground Beef or substitute with ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce or substitute with soy sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
For the Topping
  • 4 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet set over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season the meat with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 2-3 more minutes, then stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Unroll each biscuit on a lightly floured surface and roll to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the edges of each biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the garlic buttered tops.
  9. Bake the bombs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
