Method
 

Instructions
  1. Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of olive oil for 5-7 minutes until soft and golden brown.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet with the mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Prepare the tzatziki by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl. Season with salt and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Warm the pita bread in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side or microwave for 15-20 seconds until pliable.
  5. Fill each pita half with the beef and mushroom mixture, followed by a dollop of tzatziki sauce.
  6. Serve the filled pitas warm, ideally with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
