  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning or dried oregano
For the Cheese Topping
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese shredded

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, toss the squash rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the seasoned squash on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese followed by mozzarella or cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the squash is tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness, watching closely.
