Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, kosher salt, and olive oil. Toss until evenly coated. Add lemon slices for flavor.
  2. Spread the seasoned chicken and lemon slices evenly on a baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes. Toss and roast for an additional 4-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. While the chicken is roasting, whisk together the plain yogurt, fresh dill, parsley, chives, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in another bowl. Fold in shredded cabbage.
  4. Warm pitas in the oven or skillet. Fill the pitas with herby ranch slaw, roasted chicken, and avocado cubes.
