- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, kosher salt, and olive oil. Toss until evenly coated. Add lemon slices for flavor.
- Spread the seasoned chicken and lemon slices evenly on a baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes. Toss and roast for an additional 4-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
