Step-by-Step Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add cheese-filled tortellini and cook for 7-9 minutes until floating and tender. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add crushed garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add beef chunks, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove steak and set aside.
- In the same skillet with drippings, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and whisk in Parmesan cheese. Cook for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Season if needed.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet, gently folding into the sauce. Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes off heat.
- Plate tortellini topped with steak chunks and drizzle any remaining sauce over. Garnish with parsley or extra Parmesan cheese.

Notes
Allow steak to reach room temperature before cooking for even doneness. Use fresh cheese for best results.
