- In a medium bowl, add 1/2 cup of tahini, 2 tablespoons of Bragg's Liquid Aminos, and juice from 1 freshly squeezed lemon. Whisk together for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate 4 tablespoons of water to modify thickness, adding one tablespoon at a time and whisking for another 1-2 minutes.
- Finely mince 1 clove of garlic and add it to the sauce, along with 1 tablespoon of garlic chili sauce or Sriracha for heat. Blend thoroughly for 30 seconds.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice or salt if desired. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container.
