- In a medium saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 4 cups of mini marshmallows over low heat. Stir gently until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 cup of Biscoff spread until fully combined.
- Add 6 cups of Rice Krispies and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Gently fold together to coat the Rice Krispies without compressing.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and press down evenly. Let it cool for about 30 minutes.
- Once set, cut the Biscoff Rice Krispie Treats into squares or rectangles and serve.
