Method
 

Meatball Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until firm to the touch and golden brown.
Avocado Sauce Preparation
  1. Blend ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and minced garlic in a blender until smooth.

  1. Once cooked, serve the meatballs warm with the creamy avocado sauce for dipping.
