Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pat salmon fillets dry and place in greased dish. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, then season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Boursin mixture over each salmon fillet evenly.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes, then garnish with parsley if desired.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
