Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix thoroughly.
  3. Create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally and stuff with Boursin cheese.
  4. Secure any openings with toothpicks to keep the cheese inside during cooking.
  5. Brush each stuffed chicken breast with olive oil, then press the breadcrumb mixture onto the chicken.
  6. Place coated chicken breasts into the greased baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden-brown and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
